Diagnose and solve customer’s complaints and problems by coordinating with other departments (production and sales) and communicate effectively.

Preparing test reports for management.

Previous work experience as a test engineer.

Experienced in implementing and configuring software applications

Experience supporting customer testing phases (SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, etc.)

Knowledge of diagramming software including Gliffy, Microsoft Viso, and AutoCAD.

Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures.
