Crm Analytic Manager Jobs

The purpose of this job is to utilize data mining, analytical and reporting skill to support CRM department with timely and accurate report and ad-hoc analysis of data based on requirements from supervisor and CRM management staff.

• Assess and analyze TSO performance by providing sales target parameter for bonus calculation to ensure TSO personnel is rewarded properly
• Ensure and promote compliance with Home Credit Group and Home Credit Indonesia data processing rules and Information security standards
• Working with local and Group IT to fix identified issue and enhance existing capabilities to store/capture/process data
• Mantain and documented CRM Operational Report list to be use for future tracker information source
• Create, maintain and continuously doing simplification, automation of reporting procedures so that data mining process is faster more efficient
• Conduct and apply penalty charging for contract with to invoice, waive penalty charging for contract that return the invoice correctly, monitor and drive invoice collection productivity, work with related function to identify and escalate invoice correct anomaly to achieve maximize invoice collection rate and ensure JFS for FF running properly
• Utilization of advance analytical techniques to identify trends, correlations and other outcomes and forming clear and propose recommendations to direct superior
• Review data mining, report analysis and deliveration to support CRM department and ensure the accuracy and deliver in timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience as data analytic/data science, including 2 years in managerial level.
• Strong business acumen
• Working in similar industry will be a plus
• Fluent in English
• Advance using SQL
