Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, assess and communicate to the Board on high level business impacts and risks
• Responsible to drive execution or corporate level initiatives through business managers
• Responsible for end-to-end fundraising activities and provide necessary documents for fundraising that includes pitch deck, financial projection, internal data and other commercial documents
• Maintain relationship with investors, partners and other stakeholders
• Develop strategy (Vision, Mission, Values, Objectives, Strategic Analysis, Strategy Formulation) both holding and subsidiaries
• Take the actions necessary to follow up on partnership opportunities
• Lead and develop high-performing deal teams with advanced financial modeling and transaction execution knowledge and general management skills
• Lead various corporate development initiatives that relates to strategic review on industry trend, new business initiatives, M&A and restructuring activity

Requirements

• Good verbal and written English is a must
• Experienced in FMCG industry will be a plus point
• Bachelor or Master degree in business/management/finance from reputable university
• Having at least 3 - 4 years experiences in the similar position & level
• Good analytical and strategic thinking
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
