Job Description

PT Borneo Pasifik Global, a well known coal trading company, are urgently seeking for Coal Traffic Executive related to supplier andCoal Traffic Executive related to buyer/Customerand the candidates should possess the following:


Qualifications

* Fresh Graduated from Sea Transportation and/or work experience in the similar field minimal 3 years (logistic, export & import)

* Placement in Pluit, Jakarta Utara

* Understanding international shipment law

* Knowing important maritime codes used in the shipping industry

* Updated with the current government regulation and tax

* Fluent in English


Responsibilities

  1. Experience communicating with customers (overseas & local)
  2. Experience communicating with Supplier (overseas & local)
  3. Checking all documents much more on the commercial side to ensure that transaction is smooth
  4. Providing timely and accurate updates of current shipment and communicating with buyer in our interest.
  5. Mainly traffic in tradings.
  6. Updating pre-shipment, ongoing shipment and future shipment to commercial team
  7. Handling customer complaints and any issues after shipment while maintaining good relationship
