Job Description
  • Manage the traffic flow of media assets, ensuring proper scheduling, routing, and delivery according to client or campaign requirements.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to media assets, scheduling conflicts, or technical challenges, working closely with relevant stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports on media traffic activities, and provide regular updates to management or clients as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, suggest improvements, and actively contribute to enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness within the media traffic coordination function.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of media assets, advertisements, and promotional materials to various media platforms.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, creative, and planning, to gather necessary information and ensure smooth execution of media campaigns.
  • Follow established company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to media traffic coordination, always ensuring compliance.
  • Perform quality checks on media assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines or industry standards.
  • Create and manage schedules for media placements, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery requirements.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Knowledge of OOH advertising regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in media traffic coordination or a similar role within the media industry preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
