• Support the BD team in preparing Business Proposal for the Client
• Prepare the administration for the permit and license payment
• Support the Tender process
• Assist in preparing, compilation of permit and licenses administration (from Office)
• Support for internal payment process related to the Business Development and Project activities.
• Assists in compilation of documents, copying, binding, and packaging, preparing mailing labels, and other tasks in support of Project team and BD activities.
• Provides overall support to the Indonesia Business Development Department and Project Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university (all majors)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Min. Experience 2 years in Project Administration (Preferable having exposure in Oil and Gas industry)
