Overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and project management expertise to ensure the successful execution of online marketing programs.


  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate with marketing strategists and stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with overall business goals.
  • Campaign Implementation: Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Ensure all campaigns are set up accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative strategies and tactics for driving digital traffic and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, conversion rates, and other relevant data to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports and present findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
  • Traffic Acquisition: Focus on driving traffic to websites, landing pages, and other online assets through various acquisition channels. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns, organic search optimization (SEO), and referral traffic strategies.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts based on performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices. Implement changes to enhance campaign effectiveness, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Coordinate with various internal teams, such as content creators, graphic designers, and developers, to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and maintain brand consistency.


Requirements


  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM etc.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • 5 years Proven experience in digital marketing, traffic acquisition, or related roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to drive innovative marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
