Job Description

PT Borneo Pasifik Global, a well known coal trading company, are urgently seeking for Traffic Admin and the candidates should possess the following:


Requirements:

  • Placement in Pluit, North Jakarta
  • Fresh graduated from any other major are welcome
  • Can join ASAP
  • Able to speak Mandarin
  • Able to use Ms. Word, Excel etc


:

  • Updating pre-shipment, ongoing shipment and future shipment to commercial team
  • Checking all documents much more on the commercial side to ensure that transaction is smooth
  • Handling customer complaints and any issues after shipment while maintaining good relationship
  • Experience communicating with customers (overseas & local)
  • PPIC between operations team and commercial team
  • Providing timely and accurate updates of current shipment and communicating with buyer in our interest.
  • Mainly traffic in trading.
