PT Nuri Gaya Citra is a joint venture invested by China’s leading technology company, Alibaba and Sinarmas group. Nuri is in the business of saving buyers money through cashback and earning commissions for multi-channel partners. Our dream is to building the largest Affiliate Ecommerce Community (AEC) in Indonesia. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will have the responsibility for end-to-end commercial activity from the creation of the strategies related brand & business growth. The Category Lead is also responsible for expanding and maintaining partnerships as well as their performance to support the business goal.

Responsibilities & requirements

• Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English language and possess strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate or category role of ecommerce industries
• Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends / events, and continually stays on top of industry and competitive trends
• Act as the ‘business owner’ for assigned category, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business and is able to execute at both tactical and strategic levels to achieve long-term growth
• Possesses strong understanding of affiliate business & online market strategy
• Proven successful track record in achieving target with entrepreneurial mindset
• Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of features that provide amazon customers with an unparalleled shopping experiences
