Hi Jobseeker! Big Fish Hunter is currently hiring for a Merchandiser (3C category) for our client, a B2B e-commerce company. Please read the job description and requirements below:

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze the consumer electronics market to identify potential new suppliers that align with the company's strategy
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitors to inform company strategy and supplier negotiations
• Negotiate and secure deals with new suppliers that meet or exceed company targets for product quality, pricing, and delivery
• Provide regular reports on supplier activity, acquisition progress, and performance metrics to the leadership team
• Reach out to potential suppliers through cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person meetings to establish relationships and negotiate deals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure continued support and opportunities for growth
• Work with the merchandising team to onboard new suppliers and ensure that their products are accurately represented on the app

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in handling products such as smartphones, laptops, and electronic accessories
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, with a strong track record of success in securing supplier deals, preferably in the home living industry
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Data-driven, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
