JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for guiding the pitching process & collaborate with internal team to create a proposal deck
- Leads potential clients or projects, Including but not limited to prospect lists, unique pitch components strategies, and draft activation plans
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and company growth
- Responsible for generating Project Quotation
- Responsible for providing required documents to close the deals, such as Contract/ Exhibit
- Responsible for searching for or creating new opportunities to expand the source of revenue
- Close deals and manage the sales cycle
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences
- Continuously analyze and improve sales processes and strategies, implementing systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to strategize, set budgets, and deliver results at a senior level
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing
- Strong experience in Sales Digital Advertising, Advertising Agency, and Media
- 5+ years of related working experience, preferably in Sales or Business Development
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills. and networking skills through all viable channels
- Good experience in using CRM to manage the sales pipeline
- Experience in professional client relationship management
- Confidence, persuasive manner, strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Robust database and connection with potential clients for digital services.
