Are you a seasoned multiple brands leader in food & beverage or food related FMCG sector with keen business acumen and a passion to develop innovative campaigns that captivate audiences? Do you have proven track record in leading successful brand initiatives across various media channels? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We're seeking a dynamic Brand and Communications Senior Manger to join our team and lead the development and execution of our brand strategy. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing brand campaigns, PR, advertising, design, budget management, and team leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in managing budgets and achieving ROI targets.
- Experienced in branding principles and marketing concepts with successful brand campaigns across multiple channels.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing communication, or related field in F&B Industry or food related FMCG industry.
- Fluent written and communication skill in English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Job Role:
- Set up and manage brand budget that aligned with marketing & communications strategy as well as overseeing and controlling the budget implementation to achieve the targeted ROI
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute the overall brand and communication strategy for the new seasonal products/ menu, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Work together with regional brand design team to execute developed creative assets for branding activities of assigned brands, ensuring that they align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
- Determine and manage brand guidelines, including brand proposition, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Lead a team of brand professionals and inspire a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and optimize branding performance and report on results to senior management.
- Oversee the creation of advertising project, from ideation to execution, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
- Ensure that all branding activities to be executed within the allocated budget while achieving ROI targets.
- Develop and execute branding across various media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement of assigned brands
- This role will lead Brand, Design and Social Media of food & beverage
- Plan and manage brand communications strategies of the assigned brands to maintain a positive brand image and handle any crisis.
