Associates Product Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in support, marketing, business and operations to develop launch strategy, product messaging and training
• Partner with the design and user research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions
• Work with our data team to understand customer behavior and identify problems and opportunities
• Write clear and well-scoped mission documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
• Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of users across platforms.
• Work closely with other product, design, and engineering teams across hardware, backend, frontend, and mobile to ensure the speedy execution of products that our customers would love.
• Track and report on key product, business and customer metrics

Who are we looking for:

• You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
• Independent and curious, you set your own targets, ask for help when you need it, and are always looking to learn something new
• At least 2+ years of experience in product domain
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science and/or related field.
• You have high “EQ” and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
• You’re fluent in English and are a confident communicator
• You have experience working in agile product development teams and are always looking for ways to help them be more effective
