Partnership & Public Relation Specialist

Qualifications :

1. Enrollment in a Bachelor degree in public relations, communication, or journalism
2. A qualified Public Relations at least 3 years of experience in the public relations field
3. A Public Relations should have a track record of producing press releases and other publicity material
4. Should be familiar with creating marketing and content strategies and implementing them successfully
5. Excellent understanding of various event, partnership and media relations
6. Efficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google docs etc
7. Basic budget management skills to track spending on sponsorships, events, and marketing material
8. Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with partners
9. Willingness to attend corporate events after hours and on weekends
10. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

:

1. Creating engaging content for media releases, campaign and newsletters.
2. Building relationships with clients and potential clients, partners 3PL, Cross Brand and the Media (Online Media, TV, Radio, Print Media, Youtube)
3. Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company’s products and services, including a crisis management strategy
4. Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc
5. Analyzing all media coverage of the organization and drafting appropriate responses
6. Working with the social media, creative, event, campaign and marketing team
7. Organizing promotional events such as press tours and conference
8. Giving input on marketing initiatives and suggesting creative ways to improve the company’s public image
9. Conducting research on marketing initiatives of the company’s competitors.
10. Monitoring of media coverage on events and media releases that were issued and creating press clippings
11. Updating ATL, BTL campaign
