Associate, Energy & Infrastructure Jobs

Energy & Infrastructure specialise in large scale, award winning and market-leading Energy & Infrastructure transactions in Indonesia - covering renewables, hydrogen and other decarbonization/energy transition technologies, infrastructure (including digital, social and transport), batteries, smart meters and storage, mining, oil and gas, refining and petrochemicals, LNG, thermal power and water.

We act for governments, sponsors, financial institutions, contractors and suppliers. Our broad experience advising the full range of market participants means that we are able to anticipate, and importantly to understand, issues and problems that may arise during the course of a transaction and find constructive solutions to them.

Skills And Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Proficient language skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply law and regulation in a practical way to “real-life” scenarios.
• Resilience, energy and commitment, with a flexible and proactive approach; and
• A strong sense of commercial understanding.
• Strong experience in finance or project finance within energy and infrastructure;
• We are currently looking for associates with 7-8 years of experience in a top-tier international law firm.
• Qualification in the PERADI.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise;
