Assist, advise, and represent your clients in matters of project finance

Experience representing both the private side and the government side

Deep knowledge in the areas of projects, infrastructure, and natural resources

Deep knowledge of relevant project contracts (e.g. power purchase agreement), concession agreement, off take contracts, etc.)

Deep knowledge of relevant project ancillary contracts (e.g. EPC contract, supply agreement) and financing contracts

Land Development Experience: Prior experience in land acquisition and development will be valuable in handling the land portion of projects.

Practical experience with building management systems and automation, controls & frameworks

Establishes and manages an Energy Isolation assurance process in conjunction with site teams to close any gaps identified in assurance audits

Review qualifications and coordinate with appropriate entities to assign Authorizing Energy Marshal and Performing Energy Isolation Coordinators

10+ years of construction experience on multi-group, multi-disciplinary, projects; mission critical facility experience a plus

Knowledgeable in major regulations, industry codes and standards as well as construction materials, means, and methods

Knowledge of construction techniques, terminology, and documentation - Ability to interpret Single Line
