Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director based in our Corporate Office in Surabaya. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing full range of support to the Director, providing administrative assistance, handling correspondences and various ad hoc duties.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Civil Engineering or any related field.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Proficiency in spoken and/or written Mandarin is a plus
  • Min 2 years relevant working experience (preferably in the hospitality, construction or real estate industry)
  • Knowledge of travel arrangements and itinerary management
  • Fluent in spoken and written english
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Responsibilities:

  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned
  • Organize business and personal travel
  • Support the Project team with regards to material/ item requisition and research
  • Support and confirm scheduling and other appointments
  • Maintain the upkeep of office facilities
  • Run personal errands
  • Provide full range of support to Management, including data upkeep and research
  • Perform simple comparison studies if needed
  • Handle correspondences
  • Updating & controlling daily tasks
