Assistant Manager - Planning And Customer Service

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible to collaboration with 3PM to ensure the planning cycle of runs with the best scenario and to provide an excellence service to Marketing Sales Organizations by understanding the bar soap demand fluctuations.

:

• Maintain communication and service with multiple Countries.
• To monitors and ensure Raw Material, Packaging Material (RPM) availability particularly on Soap Noodle supply .
• To provide visibility of Finish Good availability to Marketing Sales Organizations and drive the off-take happens as per the plans.
• Runs Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) / Regional Category Demand Supply Reconciliation (RCDSR) cycle with Marketing Sales Organization (MSOs).
• Develop a system to achieve an optimum Net Working Capital.
• Provide the support to all parties accordingly based on the best scenario.

Skills and Key Requirements

• Willing to be relocated to Sei Mangkei.
• Having at least 5 years of experience on the Planning or Customer Service role – FMCG industry will be preferred.
• Familiar with SAP, Excel, Power point and fluent in English.
