Assistant Production Manager Jobs

About the company:

• Our client is a Japanese chemical company. Currently, they are looking for Assistant Production Manager.
• The working venue is inCilegon, Banten.

Job Responsibilities:

• Other responsibilities as needed.
• Manage the production department.
• Manage and maintain tools, equipment and machine used during projects while adhering to safety standards, company policies and procedures to avoid accidents or project delays.

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with Quality Management System, Environment Management System, SMK3/OHSAS, 5-S, Six SIGMA or TQM will be an advantage.
• Business level English.
• Experienced in handling large numbers of subordinates (staff, senior staff to operator level).
• Hold Bachelor's degree.
• Have minimum 10 years experience as Production in Polyester/Flexible Packaging industry, with 2 years experience as Assistant Manager.
• Good leadership, management, and interpersonal skill; highly responsible, proactive, smart, and excellent problem solving skill.

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Have working experience in Japanese Manufacturing company.
• Able to join ASAP!

Salary: 16,000,000 - 20,000,000 IDR nett (based on candidate's skill and experience)
