As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

As a Customer Service Representative for our bike rental service, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting our bike rental services.

Responsibilities:


  1. Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, helping them with rental inquiries, bike selection, and providing information about routes, safety guidelines, and local attractions.
  2. Rental Process: Manage the bike rental process, including registration, payment collection, and issuing rental agreements. Ensure accuracy of rental documentation and explain terms and conditions to customers.
  3. Safety and Instruction: Educate customers on bike safety measures, provide instructions on proper helmet usage, bike lock techniques, and demonstrate the use of gears and brakes to ensure a safe riding experience.
  4. Conflict Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, finding suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
  5. Inventory Management: Track and manage the inventory of available bikes, coordinating with other team members to ensure an adequate supply of rental bikes and accessories are available at all times.
  6. Sales and Promotion: Promote additional services, such as guided tours, bike accessories, or memberships, to enhance customer experience and generate additional revenue.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, rental paperwork, and maintaining accurate customer records.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different customers.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or rental industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using reservation systems and MS Office applications.
