Area Senior Manager Jobs

Area Senior Manager position will oversee operation, sales, and consumer engagement activities in the regions which aims to hack growth for focused products. He/she should has analytical and creative at the same time, and always looking for growth opportunities. This role combines deep consumer understanding, data analytics, and project management.

What You Will Do

• Takes full ownership of the city’s budget and target
• Accountable for topline (ie : transaction, revenue) and bottom line metrics (ie ; cost, profit) of Area
• Fully accountable to build, maintain and continuously improve business operations of the Area to ensure efficient operation and optimum supply reliability on a day-to-day basis
• Accountable for gofood sales motion in the area
• Design and implement the localized marketing campaign Work closely with stakeholders & leadership in Region Level to develop and execute market strategies

What You Will Need

• Having flexibility, willing to travel & relocated to the overall region
• Able to recruit top-notch talent team, nurture & mentor them
• Proficient in English & Bahasa, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Minimum 7 years experience with extensive exposure to Area operations with exposure to BTL Marketing
• Has existing relationships or is able to bridge, develop and maintain good relationships with key partners, local/regional government stakeholders 3rd party partners, merchant associations, and communities (ie: Driver community)Strong in planning, leadership, managerial skill, result-driven, target-oriented with proven track records
• Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data and using analytics to make decisions
