Restaurant Manager Jobs

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out store operation management;

2. Store business report analysis, personnel, financial reimbursement, etc.;

3. Responsible for the overall management of restaurant quality, service and sanitation.

4. Responsible for formulating restaurant service specifications, processes and marketing plans, and organizing implementation after reporting to the general manager of the hotel for approval.

5. Review the daily business report for analysis and timely adjust relevant experience decisions.

6. Strengthen on-site management, fully grasp the business situation in the store, and timely discover and solve various emergencies that arise during the operation process.

7. Responsible for employee attendance and on-the-job training in the department, and regularly organize employees to learn service skills and marketing knowledge through the old and new.

8. Strengthen property management, grasp and control the use of goods, reduce loss of goods, and strictly control costs.

9. Regularly collect guest suggestions, improve and improve the quality of service and dishes.

Qualifications

1. Education major: college degree or above, major is not limited;

2. Strong sense of responsibility, hard work and obedience to management;

3. Sunshine, enthusiasm, flexibility, good image and temperament;

4. Self-motivated and willing to learn business management knowledge;

5. Possess a certain degree of maturity, be able to endure hardships, be responsible, and have a sense of enterprise;

Benefits:

Basic salary range: 2100USD-2800USD (after tax), specific negotiable

Our salary is divided into three parts: basic salary + performance + benefits; performance is confirmed according to the position (HR introduction)
