Area Sales Supervisor - Yogyakarta (Fmcg)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Supervisor with focus in General Trade to join our growing team you will play a key role in driving sales, managing a team (distributor's team), and expanding our market presence within your assigned region.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently based in Yogyakarta and willingness to be relocated within the assigned region as required.
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline.
• Have min 2 years of experience in Area Sales Supervisor roles, preferably within the FMCG / food distributor industry.
• Experience managing food distributor, general trade, and driving sales team within the assigned region.

Job Role:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives. Also provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth areas through research and analysis.
• Develop and execute strategic selling-out plans to achieve sales target and maximize business growth.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities and market insights.
