Job Description

Kualifikasi:

  • Mempunyai skill komunikasi yang excellent

  • Memiliki pengalaman pada bidang marketing fashion min.2 Tahun
  • Memiliki pemahaman mendalam pada bisnis waralaba lebih disukai
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidangnya


Tanggung jawab pekerjaan :

  1. Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai target/kinerja penjualan secara tepat
  2. Mendukung pengembangan bisnis (Ekspansi) di seluruh wilayah di Indonesia
  3. Orientasi pada hasil dan kemampuan yang kuat untuk mengidentifikasi masalah & menghasilkan hipotesis dan solusi.
  4. Memililki kemampuan interpersonal dan keterampilan negosiasi serta komunikasi yang baik
  5. Mampu membangun dan mengembangkan tim sales (coaching) agar pencapaian target lebih maksimal.
  6. Melakukan penilaian atau evaluasi kinerja team dibawahnya menggunakan KPI Form.
  7. Melakukan analisa terhadap area, memahami peluang bisnis, membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan mitra baik mitra baru ataupun mitra existing.
  8. Membuat analisa dan laporan penjualan mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan
