Position Summary

We are currently looking to hire Area Sales Manager to cover sales in the Traditional Trade (TT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels in Lombok and its surrounding area. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent would be leading and managing sales and distribution in assigned territory towards Energizer’s growth and play a large part in the overall sales revenue.

This is an ideal role for an experienced and highly motivated sales professional who is looking to be successful in an established MNC.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Key Dealers towards the company growth objective in products distribution and market share

Develop strategic directions / guidelines for Distributor Management and Operations for sustainable growth

Territory Management – Route to market blueprint

Direct involvement in developing and negotiation of TTA

Plan and ensuring execution of TT and MT monthly cycle plan and monthly activities

Grow sales revenue by developing LMT and key customer’s business strategy

What we are looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Business preferred

• At least 3 years in Distributor Sales Management or relevant experience

• Good Interpersonal skills with proficient use of English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Knowledgeable in territory management for assigned area

• Highly driven and motivated personality
