Area Sales Manager - Medical Devices

Our Client - A Distributor Medical Devices company are looking for Area Sales Manager for Medical Devices product.

:

• Recruiting and training sales staff
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Allocating areas tosales representatives
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures

Requirements:

• Experience in Medical Device Distributor or Principal
• Experienced for Imaging products
• Location in Bandung, Jawa Barat
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Has minimum total experience 3-5 years in same position
• Able to lead team either single contributor
