Area Sales Manager (Culinary)

Responsibilities:

• Designing sales strategies from data and field conditions for the sales team to achieve company targets.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends
• Responsible for the sales performance of certain products (specific products) through the Culinary channel (Horeca & Traditional Culinary).
• Create & present a report on the performance of the sales team
• Opening new markets around Jakarta area
• Excellent track records in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets & KPIs
• Provide assistance and direction to the sales team to improve the performance of the sales team
• Supervise the performance of the sales team in various Culinary sales channels

Requirements:

• Have good communication & negotiation skills
• Minimum 4 years experience as Sales Manager in Culinary channel (Horeca / Traditional Culinary) of fresh products (Fruits, vegetables, chicken and fish), or FMCG Industry
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen sense and industry expertise
• A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
• Willing to work in Lippo St. Moritz Tower, Meruya, West Jakarta
• Active Communication in English Fluently
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
