The ideal candidate will be responsible for drive business growth for the respective regional/area under responsibility as per company’s sales target and KPI by services existing and expands new accounts, growing the reach and increase penetration of mid-tier Lens products, develop and implement relevant Sales Activity Plan for key trade and chain customers, and deliver all commercial/ marketing programs and strive for result.
Responsibilities :
• Selling products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers to obtain target sales/revenues and category growth.
• Maintaining and build strong partnership with all customers with positive attitude to ensure future sales with account management principe, include pre and post-sales activities, pre call plan, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, presentations.
• Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and ongoing business opportunities of Lenses.
• Build strong partnership with Key Customer, liaise and collaborate with Key Stakeholder, especially cross-function, to monitor, supervise, and review Commercial/Marketing Program and Activity Implementation across the regional/area under responsibility to ensure excellent execution for all program and activity.
• Build teamwork and alignment, especially with Field Sales Team under responsibility and other functional support in Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations.
• Take in charge of account receivable for all responsibilities accounts with good coordination with ARCO Team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree, Major logistic Business / Marketing / Optometrist
- Have prior minimum 4-5 years at Sales/ Marketing experience as field sales/distributor management/customer development/key account
- Understanding of the Optical industry is a plus
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Advance Analytical and Business Acumen skills
- Optometry knowledge is a plus
- Dynamic, motivated and self-driven also able to work well independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Self motivated and can work Independently
- Sales Force Management
- Able to travel within Indonesia.
- Written, reading and spoken English and Bahasa
- Fast learning skill that able to pick up new products knowledge.
- Ability to influence in a complex, fast-paced, matrix-reporting, multi-cultural environment.
- Strong analytic skills with a good understanding of business process and customer profile
