Job Description

s

  1. Managing administrative procedures and archiving company documents and data.
  2. Create invoice and preparing the requirement documents.
  3. Follow up payments to clients and archive proof of payment.
  4. Scheduling & preparing payment requirements documents to vendors.
  5. Become the PIC to communicate to internal and external teams for all administrative purposes.
  6. Arranging accommodation and preparation for company activities/events.
  7. Collaborate with corporate teams in preparing weekly, monthly and annual financial reports.
  8. Active in developing administration policies with the corporate team and other related department.
  9. Conduct research and update information related to company administration.


Requirements

  1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Having experience in administration, finance, accountant or other relevant roles for maximum one year is a plus.
  2. Educational background in business administration, finance, accounting, management, or economics is preferred.
  3. Have a high interest in document archiving and management.
  4. Be able to communicate professionally and have organizational skills.
  5. Be able to work in detail with data, numbers and letters.
  6. Have a high initiative and able to make good plans.
  7. Have an interest in finance and taxation is plus.
