Accounting Sr. Associate Jobs

Job Summary

• Responsible to perform month end closing and preparation of monthly financial statements including all supporting details for notes to financial statements,create asset number.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide required data/documents/confirmation/calculation for financial audit
• Produce data/reports for internal management and statutory purposes, such as performing monthly balance sheet reconciliation, fiscal correction report, prepare Utang Luar Negeri for BAPEPAM and Kegiatan Penerapan Prinsip Kehati-hatian (KPPK) supporting documents, intercompany reconciliation, risk management report, Current Assets/Current Liabilities (CA – CL) rental report, and other reports
• Calculate and maintain record of fixed asset depreciation/disposal/transfer for store opening/closure and provide its monthly reports; perform AUC (Asset Under Construction) clearing in SAP
• Create number of Internal Order, prepare Capex, AUC, and asset number in the system based on information from finance for Purchasing, P&D, and IT team to ensure all asset has internal order number

Requirements

• Skill -Ms. Excel, SAP, ability to handle high-pressure environment with high pace growth
• Education -Bachelor Degree preferably from Accounting
• Experience -1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates
