Proven experience 7 years as a Procurement Manager or a similar role in the automotive, industrial, or manufacturing industry.

Collaborate with other departments such as delivery, legal, and finance to ensure legally and tax-compliant contract and purchase structures.

Implement standard processes and procedures consistent with Global standards, meeting external/internal audit requirements.

Manage all purchasing and contract administration activities, ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation standards.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Proven working experience as HR Manager - minimum 10 years of working experience of which 7 must be in HR function

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Provide strategic human resources leadership to the executive management and the human resources functions in operations

Solid knowledge of human resources best practices and statutory requirements

Proven track experience in leading HR within a large-sized organisation in the retail and/or hospitality industries

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organisations goals and strategy

Ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organisations mission and talent strategy

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Establish sufficient prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans

Develop annual sales plan for input into the annual business plan

Recruit, identify and develop team that is needed to enhance the business opportunity

Creates program development budgets and opportunity. Monitors and reports on status of budgets

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI (Return on Investment).

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the retail industry, specifically tools & hardware.

Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies.

Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Work closely with all business leaders to define and deliver new products and enhance existing processes
