Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management

Strategic working exposure with various stakeholders internal executive management team and external stakeholders or vendors

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting or head hunter jobs

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position within the organization.

Minimum Bachelor Degree Psychology/Human Resource Management or relevant field

Proven experience in handling recruitment end to end process (hiring, offering and on boarding)

Proven experience in manage MPP and its implementation

Identify and evaluate candidates, this involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone and video interviews, and administering skills and aptitude tests.

Take full responsibilities and work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling hiring needs.
