1. Menyelenggarakan program pelatihan dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia.

2. Menyelenggarakan program pengenalan perusahaan.

3. Melakukan analisa dan mengembangkan uraian pekerjaan, standar kompetensi dan beban kerja.

4. Melakukan analisa dan mengembangkan struktur organisasi berdasarkan proses bisnis perusahaan.

Having experience in project management is a plus

Implement the performance management cycle following applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At least 3 years of working experience as an Organizational Development Supervisor/ Specialist

Manage the Organization Development (OD) module on the HRIS used by the company

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any related field

Have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data along with the capability to visualize it in a comprehensive format

Preparing documents to support the process of submitting and endorsing the organizational structure to Management

Having 3 years of working experience in Organizational Development field

Having good communication skill and good teamwork

Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Office (Visio, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

Identify and inventory job / activity based on task & responsibility function, business process, level of authority (LOA) and organizational structure

Develop JD for new positions that arise as a result of business development and organization development

Workload analysis, Organization effectiveness implementation and change management support & Support on development of competency matrix.

Ad hoc project as directed in relation to Organization Management

Implement all related management systems with occupational safety and health to realize safety and health work for both oneself and coworkers.

Field specialization:Human Resources Development, Psychology, Industrial Engineering & Management

To conduct proper job analysis for each job in the organization (competency, requirements, output and process)

To support OD-PD Manager to set job evaluation team and JE processes

Strategize and lead implementation of solutions to enhance and grow the business, from organizational design and talent management perspective.

Design and lead change management involving reorganizations, competency matrix, corporate culture activation, succession planning, talent mobility, as needed.

Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, leadership, change management.

Analyze, create and execute organizational effectiveness and balancing strategy.

Respectful, trustworthy, professional, wholehearted, committed, act with integrity.

Bachelor/Master's Degree in any major, preferably from an accredited institution.
