Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

We Are Looking For Candidates Possessing The Following Qualifications

Ensure the development of new company product brands and maintain the existing product brands for all livestock and poultry stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience desired.

Experience in the refractory, foundry, or aluminum industry.

Promote, introduce, demonstrate, and obtain orders for Allied products. Provide technical recommendations and educate our customers and distributors.

Provide follow-up regularly on competitive activity, product performance and pricing with the Allied through our written reporting procedures.

Work with our existing Indonesian and South-East Asia sales team.

Service all accounts as needed, including installation support, troubleshooting, and introduction of new products, etc.

Berpengalaman di bidang Marketing Project dan Industri minimal 2 tahun

Ability to collect the leads, and offer deals to offline sales segmentation

Maintain and manage the offline sales performance

At least has 1 year of working experience as Sales at Hotel in Bali, Nustra, and East Indonesia

Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, work well with pressure

Experienced in handling event will be an advantage

You will execute correct product positioning with business areas/business lines colleagues

Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.

Strong knowledge of the Company’s products and service offerings.

Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills.

Proven sales track record in Sales and Channel Management in the related industry.

Lead and manage MWB-Specification with distributors/project partners to drive Specification as the first Battle dormakaba must win.

Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/ customers
