User Acceptance Testing Jobs

We are currently looking for UAT Staff. In this role, you will be required to:

• Estimate work content and achieve planned timelines.
• Deliver strategy, planning, and cases for User Acceptance Test (UAT) & System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Collect detailed requirements, analyze, and provide recommendations and solutions.
• Monitor the post-implementation closely and liaise with the technical team during the project implementation to meet functional requirements.
• Work closely with all IT application developers and the IT System Tester team to synthesize the solution that needs to be built.

Requirements:

• Well-versed in User Acceptance Testing and knowledgeable about its workings.
• Capable of operating MS Office and familiar with Google Workspace.
• Documentation Skills: Proficient in documenting test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant UAT artifacts. Familiarity with tools for test management and documentation is a plus.
• Well-known in LMS (Learning Management System) will be a plus.
• Test Planning and Execution: Proficient in creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage. Ability to execute test cases, document results, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Attention to detail, good adaptability, fast learner
• Excellent Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple testing activities concurrently.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, isolate, and report issues or defects accurately. Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and understand the underlying causes of defects.
• Quality Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality UAT results and ensuring a positive user experience with the learning management system.
• At least 1-year experience in UAT/QA Testing: Demonstrated experience in UAT methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Fluent in English will be a plus.
• Experience in AI will be an advantage.
