Product Champion - Fire Suppression Systems

These roles will be focused on each product category of Fire Suppression Systems

Responsibilities: (Specific to the individual focus area of Fire Suppression)

• System design, technical calculations, AutoCAD drawings, and P&IDs
• Local kit and system design and assembly, including the development of supporting standards and procedures.
• Develop technical field service handbooks and products manuals
• Trainer for technical solutions and products to partners and customers
• Manage project-related FAT and SAT as required by the business
• High ethics, team player, and contributor to a positive and safe working environment
• Work with Marketing, Business Development teams to ensure the business results are delivered
• Develop new application-specific products and solutions offerings for prioritized industries
• Handle the product warranty claims
• Work with OEM customers to help specify JSG Product Range in their design
• Review and confirm BOM lists for various project offerings to sales and business development teams
• Technical service and support to business development teams, business partners, and customers
• Field installations and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferably engineer specializing in the field of Fire Suppression Systems or equivalent
• Highly organized and committed to completing tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Strong leadership and excellent at a build and developing teamwork
• Good collaboration skills with key people at external customers on multiple levels of their organization
• Is proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Preferably has knowledge and experience in Fire protection for mobile and transportable equipment (AS 5062:2016)
• Flexible, dynamic, and highly organized, and excellent attention to detail
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5 years of working experience related to Fire Suppression Systems

Work location in Jakarta and or Singapore and supporting the Indonesian needs and potentially in the extension of all the Southeast Asia markets.
