As a Testing Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the local ABB unit in developing the necessary capabilities to control products and systems to meet the internal, customer and industry requirements, in a cost effective and safe working environment.
Reporting to Quality Manager, you will be participating in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only conform products, software and services are released to the customer.
This position is based in Tangerang, Indonesia.
Your responsibilities

• Leading the FAT with following all the ABB procedures and customer design specifications
• Collecting, recording and evaluating data to be interpreted according to the internal ABB specifications, customer norms, applicable national and/or global standards, always under high level of integrity
• Reporting quality issues data, ensuring the quality management system is adhered to at all stages
• Collaborating in the resolution of problems to completion, following robust root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Assisting engineering staff to develop test protocols as necessary to investigate the integrity of new products, or new functionality for existing products
• Conducting test protocols as assigned to ensure the products, systems or software meet specified requirements and customer expectations in incoming, manufacturing, factory test labs or final inspection quality, including internal testing routine and F.A.T. as applicable
• Providing feedback and advises engineering / R&D on improvement opportunities in product and/or process design
• Ensuring that identified problems from quality control are understood and evaluated from a customer/stakeholder point of view

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
• Experience and certification in MV test for IEC, ANSI
• More than 5 years in testing and quality
• Trained and certified for safety in the electrical working environment
• Good to have Iso management system auditor
• MV testing according to IEC standard, quality management system knowledge
