We are looking for Local Technical Support Engineer in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 


 - Exemplifies good project management skills.
- Ensure correctness and accuracy of all deliverables to clients (test cards/requirements) and avoid customer complaints and multiple iterations.
- Manage effectively any issue (CPS/Perso/Cards/Chip migration) that may affect current projects until its complete
- Develop customer relationships by having high visibility and involvement on presales and business development planning activities
- Manage and report formally to management regularly: status and concerns, risks and next steps involving all technical, deployment, quality and operational matters
