Job Description
Responsibilities:


  • Developing long-term relationships with clients &local distribution through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
  • Persuading clients that product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and marketing events.
  • Searching for new construction project and maximizing potential clients in designated regions.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.


Requirements:


  • Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor (S1) degree in Civil or Any Engineering major
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • Based in Manado North Sulawesi
  • Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • 2 years experience as a Sales engineer in construction
