Team Lead Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Acquiring, maintaining, growing and deepening relationships with existing and prospective potential customers

2.Provide consultations with potential customers for financial products while giving the best customer experience in accordance with the applicable standards

3.Identify the financial or investment needs and objectives of potential customers

4.Achieve the revenue target within the deadline set by the company

5.Lead the Relationship Managers to achieve team target

Requirements:

1.Have a minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably from a reputable university

2.Have minimum 3 years of experience in the top health insurance industry or bank industry selling health insurance traditional and unit link products, mutual funds, or any other investment products

3.Have solid experience in leading a team

4.Having AAJI License and WAPERD or WPPE License is highly preferable

5.Presentable, have good communication and interpersonal skills and have a strong customer service mindset

6.Have good knowledge of insurance products

7.Result-oriented and have a proactive attitude

8.Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
