Tax Administrative Officer Jobs

KELOLA is looking for a Tax Administrative Officer to join our team in our South Jakarta office.

Tax Administrative Officer is responsible for processing tax administrative and reporting and making sure that the company's tax practices are in compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tax planning and forecasting, including identifying opportunities to reduce company’s tax liability.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing related to tax.
• Provide support to other departments as required, including HR, finance, and operations.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly tax reporting for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company tax information.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding tax-related matters.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• D3 or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• 2+ year of experience in tax preparation and/or tax administration.
• Possess good understanding on tarif pajak, pph 21, 23, 26, 4(2), PPN.
