Key Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet the quality standards and the client's expectations.
• Generate regular reports on project progress, timelines, budgets, and team performance management.
• Coordinate with management on strategic vision and planning for the team
• Ensure project deliverables are completed and delivered to the client on time and within budget. Conduct project post-mortems to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Managing relationships with clients and external vendors
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise.
• Communicate with clients and understand their requirements, feedback, and requests, including project status updates.
• (Leadership, planning and organizing)
• Lead project teams and assign tasks to team members, and manage their workload to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Review all deliverables and assets before presenting to clients.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with creative, account, and production teams.
