Responsibilities:
- Oversee the business portfolio and provide efficient governance to ensure strategic alignment.
- Serve as the point of escalation for program level stakeholders
- Drive framework and process around monthly, quarterly, annual and long-term strategic business planning
- Work with senior leadership to set priorities and lead the preparation process for any Board related materials
- Ensure strategic alignment and enablement through key leadership meetings. Actively participate and implement actionable items to ensure timely completion of projects, follow up and execution
- Design strategic initiative framework that establishes ownership, operational metrics, deliverables, Objective Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business analytics
- Assess the risks across multiple projects and come up with mitigation strategies to manage the risk to achieve expected outcomes; on time and on budget.
Requirements:
- “hands on” person, with previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience preferred
- Proven creative thinker with strong business acumen and ability to champion new ideas that contribute to organizational success
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large scale, cross functional initiatives that lead to measurable results and/or top-tier consulting experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in broad business and program management driving adoption of strategic programs
