Internship - Special Product Project

• Implementation aspects, involve capturing or create the business requirements for Sales Quotation Tools, New Business & Alteration requirements and perform or follow up on relevant UAT (where needed).
• Evaluate and prepare for OJK submission and post submission tracking
• Participate in daily stand up for product development to address logistic and preparation for product development.
• Aspects planning involve the management of Product Calendar, preparation of Product Development Committee communication materials, consolidation of Product Implementation team materials
• Develop other collaterals required by regulation and obtain signoffs, including but not limited to Product summary and Policy Provision
• Keeping track and manage a proper documentation for all products including legacy products, existing products and upcoming products
• Developing marketing collaterals, including but not limited to training materials, sales pitch, and brochures

Requirements

• Adequate project management skill and timeline oriented.
• Preferable candidate with relevant major (Economic, Islamic finance, actuarial, etc)
• Good communications and relationship skills
• High proficiency in written English
• Final year bachelor degree student or fresh graduate with 1-2 years experience
• Strong administratively with good attention to details
• Insurance Product knowledge
• Good in Excel, Power point, and Word
• Preferable candidate with organization experience in respective university
