Job description:

• Analyzing the results of the bid process to identify areas for improvement and incorporating feedback into future bids.
• Preparing and submitting the proposal, which may involve creating written content, financial analysis, and other supporting materials.
• Leading negotiations with the client during the bid process, and addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
• Reviewing bid documents and conducting research to ensure that the proposal meets all legal, technical, and commercial requirements.
• Identifying new business opportunities that align with the company's strategy and capabilities.
• Coordinating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop a proposal that meets the client's requirements.

Job requirements:

• Having minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Transportation Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years' of experience in geotechnical work
• Work well with team and individually
• Excellent work ethics (honest, reliable, and independent)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
