Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the spa calendar.
• Work with the spa team to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
• Greet and welcome guests to the spa in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
• Provide an overview of our spa services and products to guests.
• Check-in guests and process payments accurately using a point-of-sale system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a Spa Receptionist or similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
