Sortation Manager Jobs

:

• Align with First Mile and the project for the implementation of the Cross Docking process runs effectively 5S and also complies with GTL security standards
• Coordinate with the head of transport to create KPIs and strategies to achieve these KPIs
• Coordination with clients for inbound and outbound pick-up schedules is running according to the agreed targets
• Ensuring the transfer of knowledge at each level of sort runs
• Coordination with product & tech related to system implementation and mitigation in the Cross Docking area
• Ensuring KPI sort are achieved (CPP, targets Lead time Cross Docking, Cross Docking accuracy, lost and damage)
• Coordination with analysts and head of transport to calculate manpower, consumable needs for each Cross Docking volume leveling

Requirements:

• Highly motivated & energized
• Knowledgeable about the overall Logistic processes & flow
• More than 4 years of experience in Logistic Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Power point)
• Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
• Great team orientation & leadership skills
