Responsibilities

• Design and implement smart contracts using Solidity programming language, adhering to best practices and security standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in blockchain technology, EVM, and smart contract best practices.
• Collaborate with blockchain developers to integrate smart contracts into decentralized applications (DApps) and provide technical guidance on smart contract integration and usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including blockchain developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and design smart contract solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to verify the functionality and security of smart contracts.
• Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments on smart contracts to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Document smart contract specifications, implementation details, and usage guidelines
• Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and scalability while maintaining security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex smart contract issues.
• Proficient in Solidity programming language and experienced in developing secure and efficient smart contracts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Truffle, Remix, Hardhat, or similar for smart contract development, testing, and deployment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing smart contracts on Ethereum or other EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Experience with blockchain development frameworks such as Web3.js, ethers.js, or similar.
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerabilities in smart contracts, with the ability to implement appropriate security measures.
• Knowledge of Ethereum improvement proposals (EIPs) and smart contract standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC 1155) and their implementations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and the Ethereum ecosystem.
