Job Description
About The Role:


Identify, align, and deliver sharia product development and sharia business process improvement by leveraging digital capabilities.


What You Will Do:


  • Identify potential solutions to achieve the objectives and solve the problems, and brainstorm with related teams
  • Monitor and evaluate related metrics after solutions are implemented
  • Understand business objectives and identify problems related to the area assigned
  • Coordinate with related teams to deliver the solutions


What You Need To Have


  • Have experience in Digital Lending/ Digital Loan/ Digital Financing
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Have experience working on developing digital products/translating business processes into digital development needs
  • Knowledge in sharia financing is a big plus
  • Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the banking industry/ finance industries
  • Has the ability to coordinate and negotiate with related stakeholders to reach the goals
  • Min bachelor's degree all majors
  • Strong in business process mapping. Experienced in service design is a plus.
