Sharia Business Planning Specialist Jobs

Having knowledge in Sharia Insurance is preferable

Good communication skill and able to work as a team

Develop Sharia agency business to achieve high quality business target & strategies which include production, persistency, productivity, and other assigned KPIs

Develop entrepreneurship for assigned Sharia Agency Leader and building high quality agents

Provide support and service to Sharia agents

Minimum bachelor degree from related major

Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the banking industry/ finance industries

Have experience in Digital Lending/ Digital Loan/ Digital Financing

Have experience working on developing digital products/translating business processes into digital development needs

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Strong in business process mapping. Experienced in service design is a plus.

Knowledge in sharia financing is a big plus

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university

Have 1-3 years experienced in related field

Have financial model experience will be advantage.

Excellent in analytical skills and communication.

Have knowledge in Retail or FMCG will be advantage.

Strong communication and good team player.

Minimum 5 years working experience managing technology-based consumer product / business

Knowledge in sharia financing is a big plus

Understand business objectives and identify potential growth opportunities related to the sharia funding area.

Identify potential initiatives to achieve the objectives, and brainstorm with related teams.

Coordinate with related teams to deliver the initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate related metrics after initiatives implementation.

Help identify the adequacy of policies and work procedures that exist in sharia business units

Administrative implementation for QA inspection assignments, and monitoring tracking plan vs realization of QA inspection

Minimum bachelor degree from any major
